Biography

In his years as a Virginia State Delegate and seasoned trial attorney, Mike Mullin has always focused on one thing: being a dogged voice for those most in need. Whether in the Courtroom or the statehouse, Mike stands up and makes sure others listen to his constituents and his clients.

Mike offers aggressive and experienced legal representation for any serious traffic offense, misdemeanor or felony criminal matters. He is an experienced family law attorney handling both custody and support. Mike also handles real estate matters.

Mike Mullin is a former prosecutor with experience prosecuting criminal and traffic cases in Suffolk, Winchester, and Hampton. He has spent almost 15 years practicing in all levels of Virginia courts and now specializes in DUI defense and speeding cases.

Mike serves in the Virginia State Legislature and is a former member of the House Courts of Justice Committee, the Criminal Law Subcommittee, and the Virginia State Crime Commission.
