Marcus Mitchell was born for high-pressure situations that often occur in the courtroom.
A four-year starter on the football team, he graduated from Randolph-Macon in 2017, after which he received his law degree from Regent University School of Law in 2020. During his time at Regent, he was the Chairman of the Trial Advocacy Board and regularly participated in trial competitions. He served as a member of each team that won back to back national championships at the 2018 & 2019 Stetson Pretrial National Competition, and he received Best Advocate awards each time. He’s also completed internships at the Chesapeake City Attorney’s Office, Portsmouth Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, Randall Page, P.C., and the Virginia Beach Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. At each stop, he gained valuable courtroom experience that he brings in his representation of clients.
